Getting Started

Creating Your Account

  • Visit propieda.io and click "Get Started Free"
  • Sign up with your email address or use Google/Apple authentication
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete your profile with optional details

    • The free tier provides access to property searches, basic parcel information, up to 3 research projects, and 10 favorites.

    Searching for Properties

    Using the Search Bar

    The search bar on the homepage and search page (/buscar) accepts multiple input types:

      Address Search: Enter a street address to find matching properties
    • Example: "123 Calle Sol, San Juan"
      Parcel Number Search: Enter the cadastral number for direct lookup
    • Example: "042-001-012-05"
      Municipality/Barrio: Browse all properties in an area
    • Example: "Rincon" or "Condado"
      Owner Name: Search by registered owner (Pro/Enterprise plans)
    • Example: "Rodriguez Garcia"

    Using the Interactive Map

    The map interface provides visual property discovery:

  • Navigate to /buscar or click "Explore Map"
